My VT college roomate retired at 59. His math happy wife showed him he
was working for $2 an hour by not retiring. He hasn't regretted the decision one minute. I on the other hand owned my own business and worked till I was almost 70. Sold the business and only miss my customers. Non of the stress of making payroll, HR issues, lawyer interactions and waking up at night and wondering why. Retirement with a good nest egg is the best.
