Two reasons

1 - That's not materially different than the money market account at Fidelity I have. 2 - I'm old and can't wrap my brain around splitting my money up with too many different institutions. I've got financial dealings with USAA, Chase, Fidelity, Vanguard, and treasurydirect.gov. That's spread about as thin as my feeble brain can keep up with.
