I think that also begs the question that for some of these guys, this is

a job. And not much more. How many people do we know that work jobs they don't love but they love money and need it to support the lifestyle they want? Well footballers probably have similar feelings. Some love it to their core and it is their passion, for some, it's a job that pays well and that's what they're seeking. Gareth Bale strikes me as this person to a T. Pay me my money. I don't mind that I sit the bench.
