Interesting. Did not know that was going on.
I have dealt with a lot of people in the last couple days who either can't get to the subscriber boards or can't read pay article content, and I've been able to help every single one get straightened out.
Some simply needed to log in -- yes, I actually answered emails from users who didn't realize they were logged out -- and some simply needed to read the item in red at the top of the Help page and follow the instructions there.
