One of his classics was when the CEO asked consultant, who was charging->
him another $10K, if the improvement program he was proposing and charging then for was the same one they did LAST year.. Consultant says, "NO, I assure you this one has a completely different NAME!"
I loved that as a Six Sigma Green Belt working on my Black Belt project (before I bailed from the company)....AFTER we had done Total Quality Process Management which was "STRANGELY" like Six Sigma!...except it had a completely different name!
Dilbert nailed corporate America for many years!
