A friend used to signal people to get out of the left lane, and then pass

them on the right when they didn't. He'd then move back to the left after passing them and slow down. And keep slowing down, until the person behind him finally said "Geez, why is this guy going so slow in the left lane!!" and they moved over to pass HIM on the right. He'd then light up his 5.0 Mustang and get back to his normal 75+ cruising speed.
