1. Let 18 year olds borrow a lot of money for questionable ROI 2. Turn them into socialist by the time they are 25 as they will be bitter due to their debt 3. Then randomly cancel the debt of some of them, in an election year to buy their vote 4. Print more money to pay off these loans, and decrease the purchasing power of everyone else 5.
