Not at concern in Arlington

There is a push to fix the "missing middle" problem by removing all single family zoning and allowing the building of just about anything anywhere. Not sure developing the Rouse Farm property with 50 incredibly ugly "starting at $1.4M homes" is going to address that, but I am going to have to fight to prevent somebody from building a duplex when my neighbor behind me expires.
