They filed as barbershops / hairdressers.

They all used the same sketchy out of town bank and claimed each other as employees. If they screw me over and try to squat or don't move out, I'm going to turn them in. If you google tenant rental scams, etc. there are whole communities that teach each other how to game the system who to go through to get sketchy loans. No one was truly watching the system. These people have little to no morals and getting caught doesn't matter. I bust my A ethically to make ends meet b/c I'm not low life scum.
