Had tenants years ago that didn't trash it, but made costly changes that

had to be fixed. Kept their deposit which they were unhappy about. Ended up selling the home as is for $30 k less than I bought it for. Sold it for $200K (1993(. That buyer just sold it for $975K. Another great investment for me.:(
