I use to fish Friday night bass tourneys, like 7pm - Midnight till I got into the striper/hybrid night bite thing & much rather do that as I couldn't compete with those hardcore Claytor guys ; I think it would involve a special licensing/fees to put one on + once you get into summer, you are sorta limited to night or very early fishing due to the large amount of traffic, jet skies, ride around rec boaters, skiers , tubers etc
