North Cascades NP, commonly nicknamed the American Alps is in Washington state and had a little over 16,000 visitors in 2024. Second lowest was Isle Royale in Michigan with not quite 29,000 visitors. At the other end of the spectrum, Great Smoky Mountain National Park had over 12,000,000 visitors in 2024.
