Kinda what I was hinting at...

there's a whole parking area up top and stairs and sign etc.... but the gate is closed so you can't drive there and park and yeah, there's a fence there that closes off the area that were lookouts on the dam and that short little area where you can walk past the dam etc. etc. No "no trespassing signs" but they're clearly not very interested in you being there. And no doubt people would craw over that stone fence and do whatever they have to do. Also I hiked there up the river below the dam and lots of no parking signs along the short road section and I'm inferring to allow emergency vehicles to pass so guessing a few drownings and/or injuries. Again you can enter...but they'd rather you not. Had a few cameras on the little lookouts on the dam itself, wonder in anyone noticed me (I've read where very few of those are monitored just if they need to go back and see something) Anyway, I'm no problem, basically I don't stand near the edge anymore. ( I mean, the stone wall is 70 years old and may not be structurally sound anymore...) ** Edited by `lag at 3/6/2026, 9:58:08 AM

The ledges look like paths to me for runoff to slow down before hitting
