ding, ding, ding, correct!

An endorheic basin is land that has no outlet to the sea. In theory, if there were enough rainfall, the basin would fill up and overflow one of the passes; however, these basins have enough evaporation to get rid of the precipitation. The largest of these is the Caspian Sea basin, which covers 143,000 square miles and includes the entire Volga River valley.
