I've been buying my olive oil there for years.

Always thought it was good quality, so it's nice to see that confirmed. Watched another video, and it said that in addition to a "best by" date of 3 years after the olives are picked, you should finish the bottle within 6 months after opening the bottle. My bottle was opened well before 6 months ago, so I'll pick up a new bottle on next week's Costco run.
