I think my highest weight was close to your high when I was working long hours in a cubicle after I retired from the Navy. I yo-yo dieting/exercised that down to ~235 where I've been the last several years. I hit 194.2 this morning, and I'm still dropping weight at a fairly constant rate. I'll continue riding the Keto train until I start hitting plateaus again, then relax for a couple weeks before starting back.
I'm looking at ~175 as my current target. I don't think I've been close to that since I left VT.
