They've done a few things over the years to have me question...
...if they actually want to take care of their long term customers.
I signed up for a plan that was about $85/month this last time, and I upgraded to a new phone at the time which added cost to the bill for several years. I paid off the balance of the phone last month. My bill is now $110/month. Thought that price was supposed to be locked in for several years?
They also gave me a discount if they charged my credit card each month. I was OK with that, but a year into it they said I gave the OK to reduce the discount (or something). They hadn't contacted me at all, but said I gave the OK? That's happened a couple times.
I've become tired of their games...

Are you a super-heavy data user (i.e. stream a lot of video)?

For basic service and texting I keep a Tracfone flip phone in my vehicle.
