There is a Russian component to this story?

Good luck with that. I've seen other groups who have "done it before". And it worked out real well for the owners, but not so much for the investors. Not that it goes bad all the time, but I'm very wary of small growth companies since they can easily drop a new stock offering and dilute the stock value to fund their activities. If the chart I just looked up is the right company (NBIS) then the stock dropped from 43 down to 25 in a single day three weeks ago. That is not stable or normal (41% drop in a day). Take your profits and move on.
