Air traffic between Davidson and Pentagon is constant

Lived in Pentagon City for a while, and I spent 8 years on the 8th floor facing the Potomac and 95 in an office building in Springfield. I also swim at the facility right by DCA. You don't even notice the constant flow of Blackhawks back and forth after a while. I've always wondered how that complicates things for ATC at DCA
