Pfizer bldg conversion update
I recall some expressed interest in updates on the screw up at the former Pfizer HQ conversion and modification.
“The engineering firm that designed the structural plans for the city’s largest office-to-housing conversion project says reinforcing steel meant to support the weight of a 14-story addition to the building was never installed”
