Good friend's daughter lives by Estes Park

Last big fire there was encroaching, and he drove his horse trailer there so they could put anything they could in it to save what they could. Fortunately, the first stopped short. He lives in Morrison not far from Red Rocks and had a close call last year. They have to keep their trailer at the ready to evacuate their critters (two horses, bunch of goats, some rabbits, dogs, chickens, you name it). I'd hate to live like that in every dry season.
