happened! It is a serious cautionary tale. You can and maybe will reach the "tipping point" after a number of bee stings in your LIFE! I learned this when I got stung a bunch of times cutting the grass. It burned like hell. but that was all. My wife freaked and kept insisting I call the doctor. Finally. I did, and THEY freaked and said to go to the Emergency Room. felt pretty silly, but went, and THEY freaked. Rushed me past all the real emergency patients into an exam room where they gave me a shot. That is when the doctor told me about the "cumulative effect" of lifetime bee stings...I have been aware ever since..Bee stings are nothing to ignore.
