Creek behind our house did just fine
Given it was where the storm sewers on 123 in Vienna dumped, it hasld no impact on water quality.
You younguns worry too much. My Dad's house growing up had running water...and the waste emptied into the creek behind the house....not sure why that's worse than the 1000 cows that wrapped in the creek upstream.
