FIFA: Belgium's appeal is inadmissible. Balogun is eligigle to play tonight
FIFA's Appeal Committee has rendered request by Belgian FA as “inadmissible” as Belgium “not a party to the proceedings and, as such, has no standing to appeal the decision.”
