I just ate a piece of cornbread in a plate/bowl type dish, surrounded by

chili. I think I haven't had that goodness since I worked for the American Cafe in Tyson's Corner around 1986. Why this isn't standard issue bar food is a mystery to me. Awesome comfort food, easy and cheap to make...who wouldn't want that with a beer instead of, say, a quesadilla? And I have noticed nachos are back, but whatever happened to potato skins? I don't know this country anymore.
