Frequent traveler to UK and endorse this heartily

For work we usually fly the redeye to Heathrow and have a concerted effort the next day to keep each other awake as long as possible. You really have to fight that urge to nap at all costs. We stayed at coaching inns have a pint with dinner then head up and pass out. I spend some time running back and forth between the UK and Hawaii. The UK trip was always easier. At one point my internal clock just gave up, and it has never recovered. We are going to Italy in two weeks, so this is a timely reminder.
