I work at ServiceNow and we have killed it this year

and my historical returns from when I worked at Oracle (and not getting a dividend) is damn solid. It all comes down to value. When I was looking at ServiceNow one of the things I loved was they make money.... so many of these companies in IT just do not so are priced over expected return. Real Estate has been good to me so it is the same thing..... diversify and live within your means and you will be fine.
