......loses all credibility. It's one part raceway, one part grinding traffic jam. You will frequently see drivers passing on the shoulder, which is especially ballsy given the amount of abandoned vehicles, tires, wheels, fenders, barrels, etc. you see on the shoulder. Oh, and the potholes.......there are some doozies. The most fun part of it is from where you get off of 695 all the way up to Bladensburg. If you have to get off there due to car trouble, well the neighborhoods are worse than being on 295.
