I prefer elliptical indoors over treadmill or bike.

Elliptical just gives a lot of calorie per minute over the others and it doesn't break my knees or joints. I Mountain Bike in the spring through fall, then ski when I can in the winter...so mostly elliptical now or an occasional basketball game amongst old men, which is bad for taking elbows to the face etc.... I'm certainly not dunking it like the old days sadly.
