on screen as he said it wasn't really science that caused the story. He was way more of a nerd than I ever thought I was but was super cool to talk scifi with and I learned a lot (but subsequently forgot his name & the cool stuff he told me about his books.) He was actually stopped on the street by a fellow nerd who knew who he was and praised him about his books. I can picture him, but just blew those brain cells away over an IPA (or two.)
