This is already happening by the tens of thousands ...

though it isn't due to a lack of water. But seriously, they are getting flown and bussed to all parts of the Country and set free. Won't share any opinions on that policy here but it is 100% happening - there are far too many at the border for the available facilities and administrative resources.
