Cow femur. Search in the online pet shops, ie Chewy, Dog.com and others
It's a massive bone with some meat and stuff still attached. Kept mine busy, when he was a chewer, for weeks, then repeat.
Deer / Elk antler lasts FOREVER....but doesn't have a flavor to attract your dog and keep it interested.
