Lacrosse balls aren't chew toys obviously, but they are virtually
indestructable. When we had our Lab years ago, we had to take him to a vet dentist (yes there is such a thing!) and he recommended the Nylabones AND lots of exercise. Puppies and high energy dogs need to be walked for long periods of time AND play time- two different activities: walking for dogs is similar to humans reading the daily newspaper, as the various smells they encounter, convey information. That brain usage tires out your dog. Made sense to us.
