It doesn’t mention if any leeway is given before a ticket is issued. Only
63% of the tickets issued were successfully prosecuted without any explanation as to why that is so low. Is this just a fine paid by honest people? What are the repercussions if you don’t pay? What happens if your license is already suspended & you’re issued a ticket? When you mail in your fine do you have to show a valid ID & proof of insurance?
