trip to the VI for a bareboat sailing charter, we need a hotel for one night before boarding the boat on Saturday morning. Most hotels weren't keen to book a room for one night in high season so we ended up in a place called the Scott Hotel. The night's activities included a fire in the hotel's kitchen, what sounded like a knife fight outside our room around 2 am, and when we finally got to sleep around 4 am, a rooster started crowing outside our window ending any hope of sleep. Fortunately the sailing was uneventful and relaxing.
