I visited several of those places about two years ago

And would recommend all of them. Prague - The Prague Castle and Cathedral tour is fascinating, Charles Bridge and the astronomical clock are definitely worth visiting, and the Sex Machines Museum was a highlight. I also did a Cold War tour that went down into a bunker and visited some sites from the Velvet Revolution that was worth the money. Vienna - I would have spent two or three days on just the museums in and around the Hofburg if I'd known how impressive they were (among other things they have the world's only globe museum and a dizzying array of musical instruments and armor through the centuries). Ice skating through the woods in front of the Rathaus (which you won't be able to do in May) was super cool. Switzerland - I spent most of my time there skiing, so that's out for you, but window shopping in Zurich (and getting propositioned on the street when I wandered into a less touristed district) was an experience
