Crown of Thorns…
Rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic wrapped in bacon held with toothpicks. Cook on medium hot wood fire or grill until bacon is is crispy brown (that is the timer) and the core of the medallions will be medium rare. Can freeze some medallions to thaw for later and they are still tasty/moist at about 2 minutes in microwave.
