First purchase, I was really impressed. They called me to let me know the ones I ordered were still on their way to the US and weren't sure when they'd arrive. They just wanted to make sure I was ok waiting. He spent the time then to reconfirm I had ordered the correct ones, which I had. Really friendly, super helpful. Still seemed like no time that they got them to me despite the shipping concern. Just based on one experience but I would highly recommend.
