Yes, Service van backed into me in parking lot and dash cam caught it

The cam started recording when it hit my car, was a setting to record when it detected sudden movement when car was off. Recorded the driver get out, look at his van, my car, look around quickly, shrug and get back in and drive off. His bumper hit the front right side of my car, did about $1500 in damage. No damage visible on his van. Called the company at the number that was visible on the van and was transferred to a fleet supervisor who told me none of their drivers had reported an accident. Emailed her the video and she called back a few minutes later to apologized and their insurance was sending someone out to look at my car. Their insurance paid for the repair at the shop I selected.

Even though the truck had a sign warning you to stay 2.5 miles back...in

They aren't liable for gravel from the road thrown up by tires so they will
