You should hear it when they get in the blower fan. Shook my whole house!
Fan is a can style blower, think of a metal cylinder with a bunch of slots with vanes on the sides. We started the heat up one year and the thing sounded like I'd dumped a tree log in it. Since I really had no idea what was going on called in service and the guy went up and fished the rodent out of the fan. Thought it was a snake at first which caused significant pucker when he grabbed it.
