Use Sta-Bil or another fuel stabilizer in your gas at all times. Use it ->

in the tank, and in any gas cans you have. This is good for ANY gasoline engine. As to Ethanol gas, I thought the reason gas sucks so bad now is that they add ethanol because it is cheaper...I may be wrong about that, BUT...DEFINITELY use Sta-Bil in all gas cans,tanks etc. Also, it isn't a bad idea to turn the fuel line valve off when you want to stop the generator.. Let it run out of gas to stop it. That clears the carburetor of most of the gas... ** Edited by HOKIERIT at 1/10/2025, 9:45:48 PM
