My thoughts…..

1. Security cameras in store 2. Hire large menacing security guard 3. Have high end bottles secured behind security glass. 4. Double check insurance to understand coverage. 5. If someone steals a bottle, let it go. 6. If someone is in the store threatening, be prepared to defend yourself. 7. Make sure store lighting and doors are functioning properly. 8. Endeavor to go cashless as much as possible. Offhand thoughts…..
