That's pretty weird because Ocean City New Jersey is a dry town

Alcohol is not sold there, nor is it legal to consume it there. I'm sure many people break that second rule, but it still seems very odd there there would be MORE excessive drinking there than any other town in NJ. That just doesn't make sense.
