From Staunton, but I have a Wisconsin story. I was in Madison circa 1990

and we went out to the bars. One bar had a thing called "Getting Your Prescription Filled". You handed the nice lady $5, she put you back in a dental chair and asked if your prescription was vodka or bourbon. I took vodka. Then she leaned over you in a racy nursing outfit and took the dental tool that sprays water. And sprayed straight liquor into your mouth until you tapped out. Could only do that once.
