cell phones, a digital scale, four vacuum-sealed packs of cigarettes, four vacuum-sealed packs of what is believed to be marijuana, two cellphone charger blocks, two cell phone chargers, and multiple cigar wraps” in his rectum.
The above photo was taken “at the same time Dale was receiving a collect call” from one of the detainees who wanted to know when he was getting one of the cell phones.
