Here's a link to check out CapCenter's refinance rates in MontCo. I used...
to reference their rates to decide if I wanted to refinance. The local rates are probably similar with the cost leaders a little lower, but gives you a good starting point without having to give all your information out. And, while I haven't used them in a number of years, I had great experience with refinancing a few times with Cap Center.
