Great resource. I've refinanced with them 4 times.

The first three experiences were great. The most recent one was pretty terrible - they cancelled my closing the day of on two different occasions because of paperwork errors on their end. I eventually ripped them on Google reviews and that prompted a response. To their credit, they made amends by giving me their lowest rate at no cost, so in the end, I feel like they made up for it. You won't get the lowest rate out there with CapCenter, but you will get a decent rate with no out-of-pocket costs and no hidden fees. ** Edited by MP4VT2004 at 8/6/2024, 2:33:10 PM
