That is horrendous! Too often, the system can't wait to cut these animals->
loose. If it is about the cost of incarceration, I am FINE with paying more. Of so many things my tax money goes to that I consider a real waste, THAT is something I will happily help fund!
May God bless and comfort that poor family. I can't even IMAGINE the grief they are feeling!
