I've been a fan of Fallout since it released and have played several of the games. I can see where someone would get lost in some of the small details (like a stim pack and POWER armor). I really think they are trying to walk a line of appealing to the fan base and the masses that have no previous exposure to the Fallout universe. Especially the end and seeing New Vegas and the significance it will play in the next season. The Fallout fan pages on FB have had a lot of interesting tidbits about easter eggs and hat tips throughout the series. Best one was the Guvermint President Sorrel Booker is a hat tip to Sorrell Booke, famed Boss Hogg of Dukes of Hazzard. Both are gluttonous, overbearing, power hungry overlords of their domain and have two "deputies" to do their bidding. I enjoyed it and will keep watching.
