We changed from Shentel to Xfinity about a year ago.

Only because of a cheaper price for more bandwidth. They suckered us in with a great intro and then upgraded us several times for free!.... Until the intro ran out a few months ago and we were now on the top tier plan and had to pay full price. That said, we've had no problems with Xfinity. And since we haven't had problems, we haven't had any interaction with customer service. Just be aware that when they upgrade you for free... When the intro price runs out, you'll pay the price for whatever tier they upgraded you to. ** Edited by HokieGator at 3/11/2024, 4:32:16 PM

If you can get fiber, do that. I would check your data caps for whatever
